This is my all time favorite easy to make cake. It's so easy and you can substitute any flavor cake mix with a compatible jello. Lemon Lemon cake 1 small box (3oz) lemon jello dissolved in 1 cup of hot water, then slightly cooled 1 lemon cake mix Juice of one lemon 3/4 cup vegetable oil 4 eggs Mix and pour into a greased ring pan or bundt pan. I always use a ring pan. Bake 350 degrees until cake springs back and is slightly browned on top. This bakes fairly fast. Let rest a minute before turning out on to serving plate. While still hot, mix together a glaze of powdered sugar and lemon juice. Drizzle glaze over warm cake and cool. Lemon and cherry flavors are our favorites.
