Hello, new to this forum, have had bees for 12 years in upstate NY, now starting over in Orange Park, Florida, looking for 1 or two hives of bees. anyone with extra hives or looking to sell a few please e-mail me ( [email protected] )

By the way, is there a reason not to run a double brood chamber in the south--as is common practice up north to stimulate large brood rearing( rotating the chambers every 2 to 3 week early on in the year ). Just curious.

Thank You,

Barry

AHH!
Thank You, I was just a bit confused as to the reasoning, thanks for clarification. noticed up north honmey season while 5-6 monthes, is most intense in first 3 - 4 monthes so large build-up is in order--down here honey season seems much more protracted almost always something is blooming down here in florida.--again thank you
