I can sympathize. . .although our weather's a little warmer. But I live in the marsh (3' above sea level) and it seems we never dry out, so when we get 2 1/2" on day, then a day of sun and another day of rain coming up, we can plan on being very soggy. My girls are on 21" stands and my vegetable garden beds are all raised, but I still don't have to water them.
