I’m sorry if you already answered this
During fall when there was a nectar flow right before winter I took my honey supers off preparing for winter and set them next to my hives. When I came back to them the wood was all moldy. How can I remove the mold from the wood? I tried to sand it and it chewed up the soft pine.

I don't think the bees care.

Stack used gear with the boxes staggered turned sideways high and dry and in the light to allow ventilation and avoid moth infestation.

Note. Stored capped honey in frames continues to dry, nectar will ferment I expect.
Probably best to shake out any nectar
