I caught a swarm 2 days ago and the box is still sitting under the tree I caught it at. Can I move it 20 feet to its final resting place or should I wait and mow around it. Im worried the virgin queen (3rd swarm from same hive so not the original old lady) may be out frollicking with the boys and I dont want her to get lost or irritated and take off, as Im reading about  Thanks!

I would leave it 2 more days, total of 4 days, and check for eggs. As soon as you find eggs and larva, it should be safe to move it. There will be some bees return to the old location for 3 or 4 days, but will eventually find the new spot.
