Girls are hard at work. NUCS were five frame mediums installed in standard deep, will cycle them out.

I always put my entrance blocks in the other way, if the syrup leaks or water gets in the hive you could end up with a swimming pool in the bottom fo the hive and also the bees have to drag the dead bees up and over to get them out.

For your signature line... Yes cause she knows what you are thinking. and it is wrong.

Def turn those blocks over before you find that you've created a dam in there, of water and/or dead bees.

melros I wasn't going to order him to do it because if he is using screened bottom boards it will not be a problem.

Understand, I didn't mean to sound demanding.

If he is using solid bottom boards then being demanding is what is needed. I thought the same as you when I seen them upside down but then thought if he is using screned botton boards It doesn't matter.
