Short term maybe for swarm traps like the "cardboard" traps. Different grades of it. I wouldn't use it for nucs unless well sealed on the cut edges and painted. My opinion which according to my wife may be wrong :) .

"OSB has a tendency to swell on the edges when exposed to water, but it resists humidity well compared to plywood" [source: University of Massachusetts].

I would also say for just traps is you splash a little paint on them. Some OSB boards do have a strong glue smell to them also.
