The other day I noticed a fragrant scent as I was walking to the barn: it was from the flowers that I walk through most every day, but the roses were particularly fragrant.

When we put in the garden (my wife), we wanted a pathway through it so we could enjoy flowers, butterflies, bees, and hummingbirds around us as we walked from the house to the barn. Thought you might like to see.

Thanks for the picture, I feel calmer for just having looked at it and envisioning myself walking through it.

Nice and peaceful looking WaltB, is that Russian Sage in bloom. The bees love that. Jack

    Jack,
It's Mealy Blue Sage (salvia faranacea) in bloom. A plant native to Texas, and practically indestructible. Most pollinators love it, so it serves its purpose!
