    Cream:
    1 Cup of sugar
    1 Cup of brown sugar
    1 Cup of butter

    Add:
    2 eggs and mix well
    1 tsp baking soda
    0.5 tsp salt
    1 tsp vanilla
    mix well

    add:
    1 cup of peanut butter
    2 cups of chocolate chips

    then:
    3 Cups flour

roll into balls and place 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet. Flatten with fork (dipped in flour to prevent sticking).
Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 min.
The family could not get enough of these!

Well, I know what I'll be baking tomorrow afternoon! That recipe sounds marvelous. Did you develop it yourself?

Dare I hope you can find time to make some this week??? :beg:

Those are the BEST cookies! The recipe started out as a simple peanut butter cookie recipe that she has tinkered with until it's perfect. I blame those cookies for the last 5lbs I gained

I think that all I did was add chocolate chips. I would have to make them again to remember the details.
They are very good, though, and don't get crunchy after they cool off!
I tried to add a picture of them, but it didn't work for some reason? oh well.
