Pollen Analysis

    They had a nice article in the business section of the Houston Chronicle (chron.com/busness) titled 'Foreign Honey Oozes In' about an anthropologist here at Texas A&M by the name of Vaughn Bryant that determines the origin of honey based upon the kinds of pollen found in honey samples.

    I tried to bring up the article but it does not appear on the Chronicle's web site yet nor on Eric Berger's (the author) site.

    Yes, and he's finding a lot of it that could only come from China, but comes in labeled from other countries. The chinese are shipping it to oyher countries, then re-labeling it in order to escape the tariffs. More garbage being dumped on us illegally by China.
