Hi folks:

Just thought I would drop in for a quick hello.
Still working on the house, in fact moving in on August 27th.
Quick update:
Kitchen - None, now told Sept 27th
Bathroom - No, but hoping something can be done before moving day!
Flooring - No, now told it will arrive on the 26th, the day before we have to move in. :ranting:
Interior doors - No, but working on it.
Windows - Ordered
Done:
New roof
New walls (remember pictures of the chimney?)
New interior studded up, drywalled, mudded and painted.
New electrical done (new 200 amp service)
Appliances waiting to be delivered.

Sleep - Hahahahahahahahahahaha, too funny
Weight loss - scary!
Anyone thinking of doing somethink like this.........................DON'T!
How my wife and son have put up with me through this is amazing, many days I have not been fit to be around.

My bees, well I believe that despite my inability to tend to them as I would have liked to, they are doing alright.
Many folks up here are saying it has been a poor year for harvest what with the bad weather. I think I have lost a few swarms but not near what I would have expected, maybe the weather not allowing them to build up stores?

Anyways, I will be without a computor during the move so it may be a while before I find the "free" time to check in.

Best wishes to all and this great forum! :Dancing:

Hope the house gets put back together in short order and the move goes smooth and easy.

 hi barry. sounds a bit like chaos, which is absolutely as it always is.

ps... the girls can and will get along quite well without you and may (as I have proven to myself on several occasion) actually fare better without a bee keeper constant mucking about.

Welcome home, we've missed you.
Hopefully, once you get moved in, you can spend a little more time here.
Please post some photos of your re-modeling (sp?) project, all your friends are interested.
Hope to hear more from you;
Rodger
