I started this hive one month ago from a 5 frame nuc. Inspection today revealed spotty brood pattern at best, no visible uncapped larva, no eggs, no honey stores, limited activity around hive. Queen is present. I notice an increase in population from the last inspection however. Some bees seem to stumble either entering or leaving the hive. A few landed on their backs and needed to reorient themselves before entering. Odd. I have been feeding all along with 1-1 and using Honey Bee Healthy.

I would do a mite count. Could be a varroa/virus problem... treat if necessary...and requeen
