some1 asked about Buckfasts

    I was in my buckfast queen hive today, good build up, great housekeeping, a little touchy but not bad, hive is a 9 and a small box (out of 9s yet again) and she has eggs everywhere :drinks: I do think they would be better for a 2nd year beek then a 1st

    yes my buckfast queen lays solid patterns as well, both she and her workers are quite dark, not noticed the touchiness yet, not very nervous or running all over. They stay rather calm.

    perhaps provide some detail here as to what you are thinking. I think I know what you are saying but some may not????
