I saw a dandelion this past weekend but it's supposed to snow tomorrow. :( I've had over 5 inches of rain in the past three days. It'll take a month to dry out.

supposed to cool off the next week, down in the low 50's at night and upper 60's during the day, Ive put 12 honey boxes on now on some hives and have 25 sitting ready, 10 more on order with 100 frames and foundation, springs hit here.

Still freezing here...I figure I still have a solid month and a half of time to build hives and prepare other bee stuff before the first blooms...

I saw dandelions a couple of days ago and it snowed on them yesterday. But today, the bees were out trying to get water out of the frozen bird baths. It was in the mid 40's today. I guess that means there is not condensation in the hive for them to use, which is a good thing.

That is a good observation. I don't know if it's right or not, but it makes sense to me!
