We have been working this recipe over at the hunting club this year, thought I would share.

Ingredients:
4 duck breasts
1 package of cream cheese
jalapenos to taste
bacon-thick strip per breast

Butterfly breast, stuff with cream cheese & jalapeno mix, wrap bacon around breast and grill at 300 for about 15 minutes. Rule of thumb when bacon appears done its time to eat, best when not over cooked.

We are using mostly wood ducks, larger ducks may require longer cook times.

JP, You know its good when the kids are urging you to get back in the swamp, the season's almost over!

Yeah, I just picked up my deer sausage. The wife is tearing it up to no end. Says when you going hunting again? :mrgreen:
