HI all, I have a question. A couple of beekeeps I know do this; I helped check all the new, used hives they just ought. A few of the hives had frames full of honey and others had no honey in their frames; they took some of the full frames and put them in the hives with no honey; then put the empty frames in the hive that the full frames were in. Is this a good idea or is it asking for spread of bugs, etc?
common practice swapping frames some do honey and some cases brood.
