Started the morning with Brandon and Jacobs setting a trapout. Then down the road a couple miles to do a removal under an attic floor. Couldn't keep Brandon and Jacobs from laying down on the job. Then finished the afternoon with a nice swarm about 8 feet up in a Mulberry tree.
Boy do I envy your opportunities for swarm collection. I managed to find one swarm so far and it doesn't look optimisitic for many more. The one swarm I got was a small one that sat on a neighbor's garbage can. I was invited to "rescue" him and family from having to keep their garbage in the house. I stuck an empty hive on top of tha can and they all marched in like sweet little majorettes, while the neighbors stood around enjoying the performance.
See, Perry. I told you to hit the road. If you were here, you could have had this one this afternoon. A 2 queen swarm. I made another nuc with one of them.
