# 1 - The venom of honeybees is more toxic than the venom of wasps! True or False?

# 2 - When a honeybee unloads a load of propolis upon returning to the hive, which pair of legs does she use to unload?

# 3 - What is this? (I've blurred any tell tale words )

# 4 - After you have used # 3, it reads 22.7, what is it telling you?

# 5 - What do the Hypopharyngeal glands produce?

Good Luck!

No one's got them all right yet, one or two have been answered, won't say which ones.
Did I make this too hard?:lol::razz:

Well, Perry, if Acmebees didn't get it right, you stumped me with this one. Unless you docked him for calling a refractometer a honey moisture meter.

If he got #1 wrong, I will spend my life disbelieving it.
He may have missed #2, because I have always been taught the other bees remove it, not the carrier.

I am heading off for the night, and I wouldn't want anyone losing sleep over the answers  so here goes:

# 1 - True

# 2 - Trick question, Iddee is absolutely right. Honeybees cannot unload propolis on their own, it must be removed by other worker bees!

# 3 - Refractometer, but I would accept moisture meter as well.

# 4 - At 22.7%, the moisture in your honey is too high and must be reduced (it could ferment, not always a bad thing if you're not selling it:wink:)

# 5 - Royal Jelly.

Congratulations on the correct answers! :clapping:Sorry about the trick question, but I must warn you, there may be others.
