Uncapping tols

    Hi, everybody.

    I would like to order some electric uncapping tool.
    Who can advice what is better to use electric knife or electric plane. From points of electivity and comfort

    Be careful when you order. The electricity in Europe is different than the USA. Be sure you are getting one you can use, or buy a converter at the same time.

    I am faster with a scratcher than with an electric knife. But thats me.

    I have tried the scratcher in the begining and did not like it, to be honest I didn't work at it long enough to get the hang of it.

    Neighbor had a electric knife and I was able to use it with ease, that is my choice for now. Have not used anything else so I can not comment on the comparison. The only down fall of the electric knife that I can say for sure is be careful or you can burn your honey (and fingers).
