Good article Perry, thanks for sharing. Did you see the response by "GrannyLemon?" Dang, she must have some unresolved bee issues...her hatred for bees is about parallel with the disgust for Hitler....:|
I believe GrannyLemon is someone referred to as a troll.

Uhh...yeap,,,that would be it.....ha!
nice article Perry. I don't know where the link went but when I first looked there they had a link to 'the War of 1812' and the defense of some bridge (that must of been up around Detroit Michigan) from the 'invading Americans'. quite a curious article all it own and yes my name sake Tecumseh was right there in the thick of it.
For some reason our Conservative or as they now refer to themselves as "The Harper Government" is seemingly really playing the 1812 thing really big this year, throwing huge $$$ in reannactment. Not very neighbourly IMHO.
good article perry,
"I believe GrannyLemon is someone referred to as a troll"
wow, troll? you are too nice perry  another word comes to mind...
i suspect grannylemon's user name suggest somewhat of this person's disposition, and from reading those comments, has had one too many 'tom collins', and apparently needs another tracheotomy,(apparently had one, bee related?) however this does not stop angry fingers on a keyboard.....
I didn't even realize it's the 100-year thing. Geeze. Sometimes my mind acts like a 100-year old thing!
Actually it's a 200 year thing.
And if you don't believe me, ask Iddee or tec. Rumour has it they were there when it happened.
Ya see what I mean? LOL I can't even subtract right anymore. :dash1:
well it is the 200 anniversary of the event and the earth quake of 1812 (which Tecumseh predicted). the earth quake itself was to be 'the sign' for a large and somewhat organized native american rebellion and uprising.
