Weak hive left

    I am new to beekeeping and started with two nucs in late april, everthing was going well (i thought)untill i noticed the one hive was not as strong as the other,this was in late july,I was about to start feeding them sugar water the next day but i was too late -they left the hive .....why??

    The only sure way to know will be to go in and do a thorough inspection. The possibilities are too numerous without more information.
    Once you have gone through the hive (taking pictures if you can and posting them here if possible) post what you have seen, it will allow us to better help you with a diagnosis.
