Well Perry it worked.....

    So this was bare RiteCell 2 weeks ago. It sat for 2 months undrawn till I dropped it in the middle of 2 frames of brood. Guess it worked. About time.

    On a side note my syrup with essential oils added went far faster than normal. I used a 2 quart jar rather than the 1 quart I had been. They sucked it dry in a week.

    Pictures like that bring a smile to one's face every time.
    If your hive has the workforce it works like a charm. If it's too weak, the frame of foundation will actually form a barrier.
    Nice job! You could wait a bit and then just do it again. :wink:

    Well......... I already did. Think it was too soon? It's fully drawn and weather is warm and the population is doing good. Should be fine keeping the brood warm I figure.
