What are the chances?

    I pulled the SBB tray out of my no-activity-for-a-month hive... and there was new wax debris in one corner. What are the chances that there are still a few survivors in there? More likely, it is ants getting into the honey.

    I'd check if it would just stop snowing around here!

    There's always a chance. If it's getting above 45 during the day, a boardman feeder with a pint jar may be helpful. You could warm it on the days above 45.

    why would ants move at a lower temperature than honey bees?
