Bees in Minnesota. Pulled supers off and have 15 frames with nectar and some capped honey.

How can I feed it back to bees for winter stores?

Another question in same vein. Can I extract 1 side of frame with capped honey?

You can extract one side. but unless 60% of that side is capped I wouldn't.

Feeding back for winter stores is pretty much just leave on hive, if you have to get ready for winter, just pop those nectar frames in your deep freeze, and do the Granulated sugar method, (mountain camp dry sugar), or I make fondant - hard fondant candy, and I think I've posted the recipe.

I’m adding to this thread instead of starting a new one with similar question. In order to make sectional honey I took 2 brood deeps and combined all the frames with brood into one hive body. I shook all bees off the other 10 frames of mostly uncapped honey into the brood box. Here’s the question; how should I feed the 10 frames of mostly uncapped honey back to the hive when there are other hives in my yard?

Put a super on top of their hive with a queen excluder, let them move the honey down

I have the sectional super on top of the brood box. If I place a queen excluder over this and set the deep with the 10 frames of mostly uncapped honey, will they move it down to the sectionals, which they hate, or just finish filling the deep and cap off the honey? I’ll get plenty of honey. I want the sectionals filled up though.

I am not familiar with sectionals,but if the bees don't like them, they may not fill them. is this a Flow hive?

Not a flowhive. Sectionals have 28 seperate basswood compartments with very thin foundation. When the bees properly build comb, fill with honey and cap, you’ll have 28 separate one pound sections of honey. They package up nicely and bring top dollar here in Va.

I'm going to wish you luck on it and say, put box with 20 percent filled frames over queen excluder, with sectionals just below. And wish you a good flow, you need one to get wax built.
