Some time during the winter we had weather that gave us a chance to to check on the hives. Three were empty, one was totally decimated by wax moth. We had a couple that were still in decent shape, took two or three supers full of honey off that had been abandoned. These were bagged and stored in the cellar, cold down there, but not freezing. My thought is to feed these back, or use them for splits, or captures etc.... or spin them for the crop. Suggestions?
