What's in your Honey?

    I have been carrying out some samples of honey from other members stocks to try and help them find out what their bees are foraging on. Apart from the normal pollen grains I came across this;

    This is the contents of Honeydew collected by the bees.

    I think its best if we keep this little thing quiet.

    I don't know what Alternaria are, but as far as fungal spores, how many fungal spores do we eat with each and every mushroom we consume?
