Too much trouble cleaning the extractor! 
I harvest during the 4th of July holiday. . .around here what with the humidity, the honey's never capped sooner anyway. That's my one and only harvest unless there is an exceptional flow before the goldenrod starts. Then I'll harvest again. I don't harvest the goldenrod. . .it stinks and I leave it for the girls to overwinter on.
