We have a deep hive box on 3 concrete blocks, stored in our tractor shed. Bees arrived and seemed to be setting up in the box. Now we suspect they are using the concrete blocks under the deep hive box. We'd like them to stay and use the box, but don't know how to proceed. Anyone know what to do?

if you can remove the wax comb from the block, you can rubber band it into the frames in the box, and transfer any loose bees into the box too..
